21 Days of Change

21 Days of Change was inspired by a Feburary 2010 feature in Elle magazine in which a beauty contributor did a different hairstyle each day for 21 days. That gave me the idea to bring it into the real world. It takes 21 days, or three weeks, to make something a habit. So, when making a change, you only have to do it for three weeks for it to stick.

Every 21 days I will do something different. For my first three weeks, I will exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. I will post my progress every day. I hope this will inspire you to change!
