21 Days of Change, Days 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16

Oh my God, I haven't posted in a week! I'm sorry!

Day 11-
I don't remember, but I think I worked out at the gym.

Day 12-
I felt sick, so I didn't do anything.

Day 13-
I still felt sick.

Day 14-
I went to the gym. Eliptical and weights.

Day 15-
I went for a walk with my mom and our two dogs. It was a long walk, and it felt good.

Day 16-
This day isn't over, but I'm planning on going to the gym to do an hour on the eliptical and some arm weights.

21 Days of Change, Days 9 and 10

Day 9-

I worked out with my dad in the morning. He does P90X. It's really hard.

Day 10-

I did P90X again this morning. Then I went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes on the eliptical, and arm weights.

21 Days of Change, Day 8

Today I went to the gym. I completed 50 minutes on the eliptical; not one hour because I thought I was going to be picked up and I didn't want to keep them waiting. After the eliptical, I did some weights, mostly legs.

In other news, I went to the Gap today, and *almost* fit into size 10s. Size 12s are too big in the waist, and size 10s are a little too small. Even though this 21 Days of Change is not about loosing weight, I was excited and wanted to fill you in.

So keep on trucking!

21 Days of Change, Days 7 & 8

Day 7-

Today I didn't do anything. It was wet, miserable, and I felt it. But when you skip a day, don't just give up. Keep going. Don't get down on yourself.

Day 8-

Today I got right back on the horse. I did an hour on the eliptical, and then various weights. Then I played four holes of golf with my dad. We carried our clubs and walked the whole way, so that counts, right?

21 Days of Change, Day 7

Whoo hoo! One week done!

Yesterday, which was Day 7, I went for a walk with one of my dogs. I was supposed to go to the gym, but I forgot and went for a walk. It was a nice day anyways, so I thought why not.

And I'll leave you with some inspiration:

21 Days of Change, Days 5 & 6

Day 5-
I went to the gym. I completed 45 minutes on the eliptical and then I did arms. My calves are starting to hurt.

Day 6-
I went to the gym again today. This time I did one hour on the eliptical. Then I did two reps of an arm machine because I needed to leave. I am very proud of myself that I got through one hour on the eliptical. I am very tired now, though.
