21 Days of Change, Day 1

Day 1

I just got back from a little jog around the block with my dog. I feel good.

21 Days of Change can also be used to try something. Like, if you've always wanted to be a vegan, but you've never really done it, you can try it out. At the end of the 21 days, you can evaluate how you feel about the subject. If you want to continue, you already have established a habit; if you don't want to continue, you can go back to what you were doing before.
