21 Days of Change, Day 3
I just got back from a nice workout at the gym. I did 30 minutes on the eliptical and arm and leg weights.
21 Days of Change, Day 2
Yesterday, I took a walk around the block. That's better than nothing, right?

21 Days of Change, Day 1
Day 1
I just got back from a little jog around the block with my dog. I feel good.
21 Days of Change can also be used to try something. Like, if you've always wanted to be a vegan, but you've never really done it, you can try it out. At the end of the 21 days, you can evaluate how you feel about the subject. If you want to continue, you already have established a habit; if you don't want to continue, you can go back to what you were doing before.

21 Days of Change
21 Days of Change was inspired by a Feburary 2010 feature in Elle magazine in which a beauty contributor did a different hairstyle each day for 21 days. That gave me the idea to bring it into the real world. It takes 21 days, or three weeks, to make something a habit. So, when making a change, you only have to do it for three weeks for it to stick. Every 21 days I will do something different. For my first three weeks, I will exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. I will post my progress every day. I hope this will inspire you to change!
